Who operates this site

Message Test Bench is an owner-operated publication. The owner is responsible for this notice and can be reached at the privacy address above. Please do not send identification documents, banking details, health information, or other sensitive information by email.

Data the site processes

The website operates without survey intake, accounts, comments, newsletter forms, advertising code, session replay, embedded affiliate trackers, or sponsor pixels. Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary request and security information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, requested path, timestamp, browser or device information, and abuse signals. If you choose to email us, we process the address, message, headers, and any information you deliberately include.

If you allow optional analytics, Google Analytics receives page views, link clicks identified by known destination and page placement, demo selections, first tool edits, successful copy actions, download requests and completed wording checks, approximate location derived from network information, device and browser characteristics, and referrer information. These action events contain static tool and page identifiers, never your entered text, search terms, clipboard contents or calculator values. Download requests do not confirm a saved file. Calculator inputs are processed in your browser and are not submitted to Analytics. We do not configure Analytics to receive form contents, email addresses, user IDs, advertising consent, or ad-personalization signals.

Purposes and legal grounds

Request and security information is used to deliver pages, prevent abuse, investigate failures, and maintain reliability. Email is used to respond, keep an appropriate business record, protect rights, and honor privacy requests. We do not sell this information or provide it to data brokers.

Providers and cross-border processing

Firebase Hosting, Google Analytics, and our business-email provider may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. This means information associated with Canadian visitors may be processed outside Canada and may be accessible to authorities under applicable law. Google Tag Manager loads with analytics and advertising storage denied so it can manage consent and support site ownership verification. The current Google Analytics tag remains blocked until analytics permission is granted.

Cookies and browser signals

Analytics storage is denied by default. Google Tag Manager loads after those denied defaults are set so it can manage consent and support site ownership verification; the current Google Analytics tag remains blocked until you allow analytics. Before permission, and after rejection, the site does not allow Analytics cookies. If you allow analytics, Google may set first-party measurement cookies. The site stores your analytics choice in local browser storage so it can be honored on later pages and visits. Advertising and ad personalization remain disabled. Message Test Bench does not set affiliate cookies or load affiliate tracking scripts.

You can reopen “Privacy choices” on any page, switch analytics off, and request deletion of accessible Analytics cookies. Rejecting optional analytics does not limit content, tools, or downloads. Because no sale, sharing, or cross-site behavioral advertising is active, Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals do not otherwise change the application’s behavior currently; we will revisit this before adding advertising or other tracking.

Links to other websites

The software directory and its Wispr affiliate link were removed on September 23, 2026. No affiliate links are currently published. If you previously followed that link, it passed through Dub to Wispr; those providers handled the request under their own privacy policies. Removing the link does not erase information they may already hold. See the Dub privacy policy and Wispr privacy policy.

Our analytics choice controls optional measurement on Message Test Bench; it does not control third-party sites after you follow an external link. We do not include text entered into our tools in external links.

Retention

Technical security logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s operational settings and only as long as reasonably needed for security, reliability, dispute handling, or legal obligations. User-level Google Analytics event data is configured for a two-month retention period; aggregate reports may remain available longer. Ordinary inbound email is reviewed for deletion when no longer needed and targeted for deletion within 24 months; verified privacy requests and records needed to demonstrate compliance may be retained longer.

Your choices

You may allow or reject analytics without losing access, change that choice at any time, and ask the owner for access, correction, or deletion of personal information reasonably associated with you, or withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. We target an initial response within 30 days and may need to verify a request without collecting excessive information. Rights and exceptions vary by location.

Adults and security

This publication and its future research are intended for adults. We do not knowingly solicit information from children and will delete it when identified. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Advertising is not active

No Google advertising code is active on this site. If advertising is introduced, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers to deliver and measure ads. Where personalized advertising is enabled with the required permissions, those cookies may support ads based on previous visits to this and other websites. We will identify the actual advertising configuration and provide the required choices before enabling it.

These links explain Google’s controls; they do not mean that advertising or personalized ads are currently enabled here. Survey consent, questions, submission, completion, rewards, accounts, errors, and redirects will remain ad-free.

Changes

Material changes will receive a new effective date and a clear notice on this page. Survey collection, email signup, advertising, reward processing, or additional tracking will not be switched on until the notice and required choices match the actual implementation.
