We target an acknowledgement of privacy and material correction requests within five business days. A complete response may take longer when evidence, identity verification, or provider records must be reviewed.
Request guidance: include the relevant page URL and enough detail to identify the issue. For privacy requests, describe the interaction or email address reasonably connected to the information without sending identity documents unless requested through a secure process.
